I had a great experience with J&K PowerVac. The inspector came out to look at our fireplace and was incredibly honest and professional. After checking everything thoroughly, he let me know the chimney didn’t need cleaning and was safe to use. He even took the time to show me how to properly operate the fireplace and damper. What really impressed me was that he didn’t charge anything for the visit, even though he came all the way out to my home. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and customer service these days. I’ll absolutely be using them for any future chimney needs and highly recommend them!
Not a very well run business. They agreed to perform a service but neglected to get it done and were unresponsive to our calls and emails. Their apparent "storefront" looked vacant or no longer operating.
Marlon did such an excellent job! He was professional, kind and very thorough. He took the time to answer questions about our wood stove and was careful when cleaning it not to get soot anywhere. We will definitely use J&K and Marlon again and would recommend their services.

I recommend using this company for cleaning vents in your house. Awesome customer service and the technician took the time to explain things to me about my vents.
