marvin and nolan did an excellent job cleaning and repairing my chimney and fireplace. they were friendly and made sure my pets were comfortable while they worked. they explained each step of the chimney sweep process and gave clear instructions on how to safely use the fireplace afterward. the chimney looks fantastic and i’m really happy with the service.
i want to give high praise for the courtesy, know-how, and professionalism shown during my recent chimney service. especially, this week, roger came out to trim the chimney flue and install a new chimney cap, all under the hot texas sun in Prosper. even when his phone overheated on the roof, he stayed positive and made sure everything was done right. roger also set up the gas log fireplace with glowing embers and took the time to teach me how to use the remote. i appreciated his clear, timely messages about when he’d arrive and the way he showed respect for my home, like wearing shoe covers inside. overall, a great experience with chimney sweep work!
