  from the very start, working with jase & sons chimney cleaning was a great experience. even though my home is a bit out of the way in san diego, they were willing to come out quickly just to give me a quote, even during their busiest season. melvin, one of their team members, came out personally on a saturday to look at my chimney and took plenty of time to talk things over with me and my family, making sure we understood everything about the process. we ended up scheduling a chimney sweep and cleaning service that same day, and the price was very reasonable—actually less than i expected. on the day of service, the crew showed up early and were very polite and easy to communicate with. terrence and ezra were patient with all my questions and made sure i understood each step they were taking. they were very professional and careful with my home, especially when moving their equipment in and out. from cleaning the chimney to inspecting the flue and making sure everything was safe and spotless, terrence and ezra showed true skill and care in their work. as someone who has worked in the trades for years, i really appreciated their attention to detail and pride in what they do. i can honestly say their service and professionalism were top-notch. i feel confident that my chimney is in great shape now, and i know i can rely on their support in the future. highly recommend!

  Absolutely recommend! We searched for a chimney sweep in San Diego and decided to call Jase & Sons Chimney Cleaning because of their great reviews. Setting up the appointment was easy, and the receptionist was friendly and knew exactly what we needed. We appreciated getting a text reminder and another message with the technician’s photo so we knew who to expect. Brian, our technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He took the time to explain everything to us, did a thorough inspection, and made sure our fireplace and chimney were cleaned out perfectly. Even with the hot weather, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. It can feel risky picking a company just from an online search, but we definitely made the right choice. We’re really happy with the service and will use them again for our chimney needs!

  I highly recommend this company for chimney sweep and fireplace services. Our gas fireplace in San Diego wouldn’t turn on, but Brian came out to take a look. He showed up right on time, was very friendly, and explained clearly what was going on with our fireplace. Brian let us know that a part would need to be ordered to get everything working like new again, but in the meantime, he got the fireplace running on the battery backup so we could still use it. Their inspection and diagnosis fee was also very reasonable compared to other places. Great service all around!

  When I called to ask about chimney sweep services and prices, the person on the phone gave me all the details I needed and helped me book a time for them to come to my home. They gave me a reminder call the day before the appointment, which was helpful. The next day, Ezra arrived right on time and did a thorough cleaning and inspection of our chimney and fireplace. Both Ezra and the person who scheduled my appointment were very friendly and professional. I would definitely use their chimney sweep service again here in San Diego.
