I contacted Integrity Chimney Service about a large amount of creosote quickly building up around the cap of my chimney, which had me very concerned. The service person they sent was Michael Jackson who was absolutely excellent. He was able to quickly identify evidence of a recent chimney fire (One that fortunately didn't grow!). When the chimney cleaning and inspection process ended up being more involved then expected, Michael was very thorough and professional, not rushing, all the while making sure to explain issues to me as he found them. He clearly explained any reccomend fixes that need to be made and why. As for the cleaning and inspection, he did an excellent job and left the place spotless. While most of what he told me was bad news, he did so in an honest and clear way. I will absolutely be using Integrity Chimney Service again in the future.
Integrity Chimney is by far the BEST! The company is very professional and very thorough, which quite frankly isn't always the case in this industry. The tech, Hunter M. did the first review of the job and returned to do the installation. He was professional, courteous, efficient and skilled. I am very pleased with the whole process of working with Hunter and Integtity. I highly recommend this company.
The service was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the customer service was fantastic. They called me back promptly and asked enough questions to see if they could offer suggestions over the phone before scheduling my appointment. Once the appointment was scheduled, they sent reminders and on the day of, the technician was able to come a little bit early and the communication was simple and easy. This level of service should be the standard, not the exception, but unfortunately it is and that is one thing that's at this company apart before we even had the appointment. Once Jason arrived, he was extremely polite and very knowledgeable and I was extremely satisfied with the visit.
Michael Jackson was very nice to work with. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went through the repair on my propane fireplace. I would highly recommend.
Scheduling was easy. Communication was efficient. We appreciate the text updates for the upcoming appointment and when our technician, Hunter, was on his way. Hunter was very pleasant and very respectful of our property. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and provided details on the inspection results. Overall a great experience.
