He came out for a free in-home quote and had our estimate ready by the end of the day. Super professional, great communication, and a wide selection of gas log sets in stock. He was even able to prioritize our project for a next-day installation — the crew was in and out in about 70 minutes and did a flawless job converting our wood-burning fireplace into a beautiful vented gas log setup. Highly recommend to anyone in the Chicagoland area. These guys don’t mess around!
I had a great experience with Ignite Fire & Chimney. From my initial call to the office explaining the issue I was having, they were able to immediately identify the problem, send someone out for an inspection on short order, and provide an estimate shortly after. They were very easy to communicate with, available for questions whenever I had them, and worked hard to fit our work in as quickly as possible (even sooner than they originally estimated). I would highly recommend ignite for any chimney work you are considering in Chicago!
We had an excellent experience, start to finish, with Ignite. Tommy, in particular, helped us through the process of converting our wood fireplace to gas and was amazing through installation. He focused on education and safety, and answered every single question. We're so pleased with the quality. Could not recommend more!
My only regret is that I waited so long to do this. Could not be happier with this purchase. Tommy did an awesome job with the install and the company was great to work with. I have always preferred a wood burning fireplace but it just wasn't practical for a townhouse in the city. The artificial logs look almost identical to real firewood, it projects heat, and the ambience is the same. Plus, no cleanup.
Ignite is a wonderful company to work with. Sally, Alan and Team are great communicators and very efficient and responsible with their task to get the job done. I hired them to update my gas fireplace, the project went incredibly smooth, timely and I love my updates.
