These guys were awesome. They came at the right time, they did a full inspection, explained what things could be repaired in the future and what things needed to be done now. Tyler and Ashton were great! both were very knowledgeable and helpful trying to troubleshoot our issues. They took all protocols to ensure a clean entrance to our home and were careful of our solar panels on our roof while they inspected and cleaned. We called this morning knowing our chimney needed help and they put us on a cancelation list and were able to accommodate us same day which was really awesome. we will definitely recommend them to those who need service and use them again.

Had my first visit from Hotshot Chimney Sweep. Schedule the appointment a couple of weeks ago. Very professional interaction. I received text last night confirming the time and who would be arriving. They were delayed because of traffic and I received another text. They arrived within 1 minute of the expected updated time. Ashton and Tyler looked at both of the chimneys and recommended that one wait to be cleaned and one desperately needed a cleaning. Work was completed and they told me exactly what they found. Paying was easy with zelle. Received a report with pictures from Jordan. I have them put me on the yearly inspection list.
