From first contact through to the very end, all parties were kind, personable and professional. Lesa got us scheduled quickly and was very communicative. Dakota and Shane were fantastic, they explained everything from start to finish, answered any questions I had, pointed out any potential concerns/issues due to the age of the unit and set clear expectations. They were very respectful of my home/property and space. I would definitely recommend them to others and will continue to use Home Safe for future services.
Professional and thorough job. Michael was prompt, courteous and did a great job to take care of the cleanup after inspection. He also did a great job explaining everything and provided a summary of the findings. Scheduling was also very easy, with a quick turnaround time and great customer service.

This company was amazing to work with. We had a chimney fire that resulted in a whole new fireplace needing to be built. Bart and his crew worked with us and our insurance company to get the job done! We were most impressed by how respectful the crew was about keeping our home clean. They communicated well when they were going to be coming to work. They were also very pleasant and understanding of us being in the home with our two girls while construction was ongoing. Our old fireplace had some unexpected structural complications, however the crew quickly made the necessary changes. We were very impressed with the focus on the details and making sure the job was not only done but done correctly.
Dennis did an excellent job. I was hesitant to use this service because the last time was poor. But this time was great, Dennis made it all the way to the top of my flue even going past a tight elbow. The glass is remarkably clean and shiny. He did everything thing I needed. I feel safe now. Thank you for your attention to detail and a job well done!
