Just had Highpoint out to do a chimney cleaning for us. They were fantastic, answered their phone when we called, came when they said they would, explained what they were doing and what they saw. Pointed out some exterior chimney concerns and are able to do the repairs themselves at a later date. The person was also extremely friendly with my dog, brought in some treats from his truck. All around a great experience.
I called and requested to speak to a manager or someone else with authority and I was met with the most disgusting attitude/ behavior a human could possibly have. Clearly the lady who answered the phone has her own issues to deal with but projecting that onto customers is very bad for business! I hope she gets happier in life and doesn't make a habit of hanging up in the faces of the people who call here. Very sad and very disappointing. Regardless of the quality of work they MIGHT offer, a company who allows people with such disgusting attitudes to be the point of 1st contact for them should go back to business school or better yet, should close the business down all together
I called High Point chimney last week after a Google search, because I had water leaking down my chimney. They came out quickly for an inspection. Rich told me my crown was severely cracked and need to be rebuilt. Also, I needed new caps. My crown was rebuilt, new caps put on and the price was good as well. Would highly recommend this chimney company!
Great experience from start to finish. They were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly and the work was done neatly. I feel much safer using my chimney now. Highly recommend.
