We reached out to the chimney team on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with Gary. We were amazed that Gary came out to inspect the chimney just a few hours after our call! He quickly found that the inside of the chimney was in rough shape and was starting to collapse. That evening, Gary did some temporary repairs to stop the leaking right away. A few days later, the team returned for a more thorough inspection and started the full repairs. Gary kept us updated throughout the process, sending us photos and updates by phone and text so we could see exactly what was happening. The roof has a steep pitch, making the job extra challenging, but they handled it with ease. After finishing, they cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they had been there. I highly recommend this chimney sweep company to anyone who needs chimney repairs or maintenance. They made a tough job look easy and provided excellent service from start to finish.

  i had a great experience with the chimney sweep service. damian came out to my home in atherton to inspect my chimney and gave me a fair quote for repairs, waterproofing, and installing a new chimney cap. setting the appointment was easy, and even though we had to reschedule due to some weather, the team let me know right away and got me booked again within the same week. on the day of service, damian called to say he was on his way, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job making my chimney look and work like new. the final price was almost exactly what he estimated earlier, which helped me stick to my budget. damian also took time to explain what the roofers will need to fix around my chimney when i get the roof done later, which showed real attention to detail. i would definitely call them again for any chimney sweeping or repairs in the future.
