Heritage Roofing updated our Chimney Caps last year at our complex. Unfortunately, I had a leak in mine which caused a basement ceiling leak. I have to say, they have been one of the best companies I have ever had to deal with in all the years I have lived here (29 yrs). They took full responsibility, covered every expense and paid me back immediately. Their accounting department is also VERY nice. Because they were so honest and wonderful to deal with, I will use them in the future and plan to tell others how great they were.

At the start, Brad asked all the right questions, surveyed our site, and his team prepared all the documentation for a bid that was absolutely reasonable. From there, his team of project managers (Dave, Andre, and Bodie) put together the plan and when it came time to get to work, the Heritage team were phenomenal - the crew looked like world class athletes as they performed the work on time and within budget. And the results were better than anything that we could expect. In short, Heritage Roofing got it right from soup to nuts. I highly recommend their outstanding services.
Great experience - estimating, contract, time for repairs and communication. Was told about Dominic and Heritage Roofing from a long-time family friend. Dominic was very responsive, timely and explained the entire process. We were unsure of what color of shingle to go with - Dominic gave us addresses to drive by and look - and they were very close to our house! Didn’t have to drive an hour away! The work done by Heritage was awesome - very pleased.
Stephen was outstanding. Great customer service as he answered all my questions and repaired the hole in our roof. Will definitely use Heritage Roofing and Contracting again. Thanks for your expertise, too. Here is the hole he fixed/repaired. Sorry didn’t get an after picture but I didn’t realize I was afraid of heights.
Stephen was amazing! He arrived before his appointment time, found the source of the problem quickly and was exceptionally pleasant. Competent and friendly….can’t do better than the that! Very pleased!!!! Under warranty so no charge. Excellent experience!
