  We had a great experience with Hertiage (specifically Brian serviced our home). We bought our home a couple years ago when we moved to Warrensburg and had no idea when the ducts or dryer vent had been last cleaned, if ever. Hertiage was recommended to us and we are glad. We called for a quote and were given info on the whole cleaning process and pricing. She was very polite and helpful. When Brian came out for the appointment it was very much the same experience! Very helpful and explained the process to us. We have a large home with many vents and he was very thorough. We enjoyed that he was able to show us video and pictures of before and after etc. The dryer vent was extremely blocked and it was clear it had never been cleaned before and some the ducts as well because you could see construction debris in the vents in the before images. Before we had it cleaned the dryer would sometimes need to run multiple times and we thought we needed a new dryer… turns out the vent just needed to be cleaned! We would certainly recommend Hertiage to anyone who needs duct and vent cleaning :)

  Excellent experience from start to finish. The scheduling and initial conversation was very clear and professional. On the day of the service, Brian arrived exactly on time and clearly explained each step before he started. He did a very thorough job and performed airflow tests to confirm the improvement. The follow-up guidance was thoughtful and even provided a post-cleaning video to show the results. Highly recommended!

  Brian was on time, thorough, conscientious in care of property, and knowledgeable in his field of work having grown up in a business that did duct work cleaning. (And our “new” house is almost a 100 yr old. Some of the vents have probably never been removed since it was built!) Thrilled to know that those years of old dust and accumulated other things will not be floating around in our air this fall. Brian is a man of integrity and a delight to have in our home.
