HBR did a great job of diagnosing and repairing our chimney. Plus they were able to procure and install the copper cap I requested, which looks great.
Wow. Excellent service. HBR helped us remove a well established hive in between our first and second floor. They came out next day! It’s like they were never here! Victor was very knowledgeable and professional and took excellent care of our home during bee removal. Would absolute hire again, but hope I never have to.
First time using HBR and it was a fantastic overall experience from beginning to end. I can't remember the name of the lady who scheduled the inspection, but she was very nice and helpful. Blake was our technician and he was great as well. Friendly, personable, punctual and he seemed to know his stuff. I had 3 inspections and quotes. HBR was the most reasonable and it didn't feel like they were trying to sell anything that wasn't actually needed. We just needed the inside fixed up, cracks repaired and just making it fire ready and safe. The finished product looks great and I can't wait to have a raging fire whenever Texas decides to actually cool down. They seemed honest from the beginning and that carried through to the end. I'm absolutely going to use HBR next time and will be asking for Blake by name. Thanks HBR and Blake!
Answered the phone and communicated directly with us – live! I will not work with a company that wants to text me at their convenience and may or may not email or call me. This is what two other bee removal companies did. We had a deadline as the hive had stopped a major construction project, which is timely. Please answer the phone and BHR did. They not only answered the phone, they got there fast and got it done.
HBR is a phone call worth making. We’ve used their service’s for a number of year’s. From the time you set up an appointment they are personable and professional. We receive a ETA text when they’re in route, stand by their work, are careful and clean up after the job is complete.
