Was extremely happy with this company and it's crew. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, cleaned up their messes, installed a fantastic AC system throughout our entire house. I had a couple requests after the work had been done and they promptly handled my concern. I would suggest this company to anyone looking to have an AC installed in their home. We had a leak between the our old chimney and the roof. It took a while to get the someone out to quote the repair (at least one company came out and never quoted). When Chris and crew did come out, they went up on the roof to assess. Chris told us he could fix it then and there, which he did for a very reasonable price. Very pleased with the service.
They tried to charge us for fireplace cleaning twice without working on it. Had to call several times for them to order parts for them to continuously not order parts that I gave them 800$ for 6 months ago. I also scheduled this appointment for them to fix it a year ago. If there is any way to never use this company don’t everrrrrr use this company. The worsttt service I have ever witnessed in my life. Every time we call to make sure they are doing their job they never know what is going on or who we are or what job this is. The worst business I have ever used in my life. Don’t ever use if you can. If you have to you’ll have to hold their hand with every step. Don’t let them do any work without getting invoices because they don’t keep track of anything.
I purchased both a fireplace and a house-wide dehumidifer system from Hawaii Fireplaces. I found the team to be warm, personable and their onsite technicians are excellent about checking in and answering questions. Helpful. Products are good too. Overall this has been a very good experience.
Spent $5000 on a new gas fireplace. Only to have it not be useable after the install. They did not hook up gas lines or provide gas tank so that we could use it after they installed it. I was told by installer that it was the homeowners responsible to do all of that. I was never told that prior to the install job. I was told that it would be a complete installation and really to use. They basically took out old fireplace and stuck the new one and walked out. Would not recommended these guys to anyone. Then on the response to my review on Google they complain about how far they had to drive to do the installation. Really?? I was never initially told anything about hiring a plumber to install the gas line. Total and complete lies on their part. Find someone else to install or do it yourself.
