  We are very happy with our new fireplace and chimney system, which was installed by a great team of chimney sweep professionals. The price for the installation was much better than what other companies offered, but the quality of the work was still excellent. From the first estimate, we could tell that the crew had lots of experience with chimneys and fireplaces, and we felt confident the job would be done right. The office staff was always quick to answer my questions, and Ernest, our technician, arrived on time and was both friendly and professional throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing fireplace or chimney sweep services. After the initial work, I noticed a bit of cold air coming in around the chimney walls, so I reached out again. Ernest and Raymond came back and took care of the issue quickly. They were just as courteous and efficient as before. We are very satisfied with the service and the results.

  Jared was incredibly helpful during my recent chimney service. He took the time to carefully measure the distance from the fireplace to the wall and checked the roof section of the chimney, making sure everything met the requirements for my new home insurance. He also gave the chimney a thorough cleaning and sweeping, which was definitely needed since it hadn’t been done in a long time. There was no mess left behind—everything was spotless.   i had two wonderful experiences with this chimney sweep team. they showed up right when they said they would and took care of a full chimney cleaning and inspection. everything was left neat and spotless after they finished. i received a thorough report with clear photos showing what they found inside the chimney. they were patient, friendly, and answered all my questions about the fireplace and chimney. i later scheduled them to come back and fix the issues from the inspection. once again, they arrived on time, did excellent chimney repair work, and finished quickly, all for a fair price!

  I found this chimney sweep company through a trusted local report, where they've been recommended for many years. They did a fantastic job cleaning and inspecting my chimney, and the customer service was excellent. The staff who answered the phone were always friendly and willing to help. Marvin, who did the camera inspection and explained the work needed, was very thorough and clear. Conner and his assistant did the relining of my chimney, making sure everything looked and worked better than it has in a long time. What really stood out was how they handled a small issue after the job was finished. A bit of mortar got stuck to the damper, so it wasn’t closing all the way. Conner came right back out, cleaned it up, and made sure everything was spotless. Now my fireplace looks brand new, and I’m excited to use it again. I will definitely call them for any future chimney work and would highly recommend their services to anyone in Burlington.
