Worst business I’ve ever dealt with. New to the Tyler area and a “new to me” house. I hired Harkey’s to work on the chimneys to make them useable and install chimney caps. I’ll just keep it short. I had to have them back 3 times for follow up work. Half the time they didn’t show for the appointment. The last work they did required removal and reattachment of the chimney cap. Well, that cap blew off in the last storm. I called to have them come put it back on. They scheduled an appointment but were a no show. Then I got an email saying they could install a new one for $360. Now they say they aren’t doing any more work in the Tyler area and I’ll have to get someone else to install it. Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Terrible quality of work.
Very poor phone contact …. Was promised appt in late Aug called today and she claimed I should not have been told that as they can’t get to me until November I need two chimneys cleaned and many repairs….don’t waste your time with them
