I got a quick follow-up letting me know the crew could come out even earlier than expected. Norman and Gerald came by to handle the job—they were both just as friendly and informative. They explained that some of the repairs might be a little visible since the chimney is older and needed a lot of repointing, but honestly, unless you know exactly where to look, you can’t even tell where they worked! They matched everything really well and took great care with the project. The final bill was exactly what was quoted, no surprises.
