Hey everyone, I just had my chimney inspected by Gray Cat this morning, I am in Owensboro Kentucky. I have to say, from the phone call to the office for an appointment, to the crew that came to my house, they were all very professional and really friendly. The two young men, Jeremiah & Matt were awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. They did my inspection, went over everything with me, without any sales pitch. Just honest future preventive maintenance. I do highly recommend Gray Cat, for the reasons I stated. I might add that Jeremiah & Matt are Both Veterans, which I highly respect them for. Great customer service! From start to finish, my two service technicians were professional, informative, very polite and most of all very considerate of my home ( they tracked in a few leaves and I saw them bend down and pick them up by hand and throw away) Replaced all my decorative items back on my fireplace just as they found them. Job well done 👍🏻
