I contacted Goss Brothers to have my chimney cleaned. Don and Travis arrived on time and went right to work. I have a two story home with a fireplace insert. They were here nearly 2 hours and thoroughly cleaned the chimney and insert. I also had a poor fitting chimney cap which they fixed Very satisfied with their work and very reasonable cost
Was scheduled for a 4 hr. window arrival time on a Friday morning to clean my chimney. They did not show up nor did they notify me that they were not coming.
We had an appointment with Goss which was a 4 hr window and NO one ever showed up or called. I called the next day and they confirmed we did have an appointment and they would find out from tech what happened and call me back.No one ever called me back!! I called again and talked to tech and he also was suppose to call back and never did! I'm thinking they don't want any business if this is how they treat potential clients!! Don't waist your time!
Updated both of our chimneys and installed a wood stove. Would definitely recommend.
