  after years of using our fireplace, there was a heavy creosote buildup that had gotten worse over time, mostly from burning a lot of pinon pine. we had tried several different chimney sweep companies in the past, but none were able to solve the creosote issue or had the right tools and know-how. knowing the risks from my background, we stopped using the fireplace for a while until we could find someone to fix it. thankfully, good day chimney cleaners came out and really knew what they were doing. they checked everything carefully and decided a pcr chemical cleaning was the best solution. the whole process took two visits, and the difference was incredible—they even showed us before and after pictures from their chimney camera. the team was very knowledgeable, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure everything was spotless before they left. the office staff was also friendly and quick to respond to questions. overall, i was really impressed with their professionalism and the care they put into their work. highly recommend for anyone needing a thorough chimney sweep!
