  i recently had a new fireplace insert installed, and the whole process went really well. my appointment was set for early in the morning, and the chimney sweep team actually arrived a bit ahead of schedule—great service! santiago and carter handled the installation, and they were both very professional, careful with my home, and easy to talk to. santiago even made sure to walk me through how everything works, especially the pilot light, so i now feel confident using my new fireplace safely. before the installation, i visited their showroom where easton and carter were really helpful in guiding me to the best insert for my needs. everyone involved was friendly and knowledgeable. overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and i’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing chimney sweep or fireplace services.

  After many years without a professional chimney cleaning, I finally decided it was time to get my fireplaces checked out. Even though I hadn’t used them all the time, I did use one every day during the cooler months and burned almost a cord of oak each season.
