Miguel and Jairo did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional. Loved that they asked before doing anything extra. Really pleased that they gave me maintenance tips. They did an excellent job at cleaning up and my fireplace looks rejuvenated. Five stars. I will definitely call them for yearly cleanings.

Yellow jackets decided to build a nest in the fireplace vent on the second level of our home. With my husband being out of the country, I had to deal with it myself. Had a pest control company come out to spray and dust but, unbeknownst to me, they didn't allow their technicians to get up on a ladder, so that was pretty much useless. Fed up from dealing with this all summer, finally decided to take some serious action. I called around and Giross was the only company able to provide the service. Miguel and Jairo were able to come out the same day, get rid of the nest, and clean the vent and ensure the fireplace was ready for the upcoming season. They did a GREAT job and I'm no longer tormented by yellow jackets! Highly recommend!
Unfortunately we had a bird making a nest in our vent. They were able to do same day service. They we prompt and courteous. Their work was very neat. They explained everything they did which included inspecting our other vents and installing cages so we will not have future problems. I would definitely use them again!
