  Artists. Absolute artistry is how i would describe the work of the team from Gannon Chimney. Our home is 120 years old with brick chimneys in much need of repair. Gannon did a beautiful job. The team were professional, polite and fabulous. The clean up after the project was also incredible. Thank you for an amazing job.

  I recently contracted Gannon Chimney Repair & Masonry to demolish an old retaining wall and build a new one in its place at my home. I called their office and spoke with Joan, who set up a consultation appointment for me. Pat arrived on-time for the consultation appointment, and after inspecting the wall, he provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate for the work a few days later. After I accepted the terms of the estimate, Scott and his crew were sent to my property to do the work. Scott is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and before starting the work he took time to review everything with me and answer my questions. Scott and his crew were a model of efficiency, handling the demolition, construction and cleanup without issue, and leaving everything else in the vicinity undisturbed. Additionally, Joan, the office manager, is upbeat and easy to communicate with; she did a fantastic job of fielding questions, arranging the work schedule and keeping me informed throughout the course of the project. The new wall is awesome, and I'm completely satisfied with the quality of their work. 10/10 I would recommend Gannon Chimney Repair & Masonry to anyone in search of a contractor to address their masonry needs.

  I contacted Gannon Chimney to assess an extremely deteriorated brick and stucco chimney that I've attempted to patch over and over for about 20 years. I expected them to tell me to knock the whole thing down and start over. Patrick Gannon looked at the project and assured me they could repair the broken blocks, and apply wire lathe with a base coat and then new stucco and it will be stronger than it was originally. I was happy with that alternative and gave them the job. WOW. what a surprise I had. The crew arrived on time, moved clutter I had in their way (sorry) , and despite adverse weather conditions put protective tarps down and got to it. They worked in cold , wet , windy weather and were done sooner than I ever expected. The cost was less than I expected and very reasonable based upon what was involved. I understand this company has been a family owned business for several generations. No company can be in business that long doing poor quality work. The work they performed for me proves the quality and integrity of a top notch company. I sure hope they are still available to service my great, great , great grand children's chimneys.
