  Was referred to Fred’s Chimney service by my daughter. I found them exceptionally professional and reconfirmed the appointment. They gave me a time window and kept to it. They called to let me know that they were on their way. Their staff, Eduardo and Wayne were professional and respectful. They did a good job and cleaned up after they completed the work. We were very happy with the job and will certainly use them going forward.

  Fred chimney I would definitely recommend for your chimney repair and inspection . Those guys work great on my home .Tommy, Harvey , Afonso and Rob did a fantastic job . They built a new brick chimney installed new Stainless steel liner and new duct for my boiler and hot water tank in one day .

  I needed my chimney repaired, and quickly, since it was early December. I called several places for quotes and Fred's came in with the best price and included additional services that Mike suggested. Mike and his crew rebuilt the chimney from the roof line up, fixed the broken flue top, installed a liner, and cleaned my dryer vent (which hadn't been done in years). Carol called to confirm the time and work to be done and the team showed up exactly as promised. They worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything clean. Even my neighbor commented on how nicely everything turned out. All in all, I am very pleased with the job they did.

  From start to finish, this was one of the smoothest and most pleasant home contractor experiences I’ve had. When I first called, someone picked up right away, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in taking down my info and getting everything scheduled. They followed up promptly and made sure someone was confirmed for the exact day I needed. Tommy came out himself, inspected my chimney, and provided a clear explanation and quote. Janice followed up that same day, she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions, provided everything I asked for in writing (scope of work, warranty, receipt), and stayed in touch in a way that was respectful and never pushy. You could tell she truly cares about the customer experience. On the day of service, Tommy and his team arrived on time, were very respectful of my property, and did a clean, thorough job on my fireplace chimney. They even addressed an issue with my boiler flue while they were on site, which I really appreciated. The workmanship was solid, and I’m hopeful this takes care of the leak for good, but it's reassuring knowing they offer a strong warranty. Overall, I wouldn’t go with any other chimney company. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional work and an exceptional customer experience. Five stars well earned.
