I had a wonderful experience with Fox River Home Improvements from start to finish. I contacted the company because my chimney was crumbling. I had already been working with storm chasers to replace the roof on my home. My insurance took a lot longer than all the other people on my block to approve me, over a year longer. In this time, I had multiple neighbors complaining about the roofs that were replaced by the storm chasers. I also have been in the home-improvement industry for over 10 years and I know the proper steps for replacing a roof. After talking with Mark and his team, I was confident that they knew what they were doing and felt like they were being completely honest. I decided to use Fox River to knock down the chimney as well as replacing my roof. The guys were great at sending me pictures throughout the day so I could see the progress. Mark went over everything when the job was complete and answered all of my questions. I wish I would’ve known about this company two years ago when I was looking to replace my siding. We were impressed with the process. Mark explained everything in detail and it is obvious that he cares about the customer. We had a project that involved repairing the chimney chase, reshingling the roof and replacing the gutters. Communication was excellent as we were informed of the delays called by weather. They allocated workers to complete the work in stages and the workmanship was very impressive. The scheduling of the required dumpster was handled extremely well and consideration was always given to ensure it would be as little disruption to our daily needs. The cleanup of material was very good and we did not notice anything that was missed or left behind. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this company for any of your home repair needs.
Nate and Brix did a thorough cleaning and inspection of our fireplace and chimney. After another company told us we had to rip everything out and start over, the crew at Fox River gave us peace of mind and options how to move forward safely with our current fireplace. Would highly recommend.

We had a small leak in our family room by the chimney and were referred to Fox River. Mark and their team were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They were thorough in their inspection. It ended up being a bigger project than we anticipated, but we were so happy that they explained everything in detail with pictures and their crew did an awesome job. They communicated clearly through the whole project and even went above and beyond and fixed a few other things. I would highly recommend them.
