Jayson & his friendly crew did a phenomenal job installing my wood burning insert for my fireplace. Communication was fantastic. They arrived on time, worked very cleanly (placing runners on my flooring) & efficiently. Jayson is extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions & explained how my new insert works. Jayson & crew take pride in their work & it shows, really top knotch !!
We have a unique fireplace/chimney that we wanted to convert to gas. The team at Fox seemed genuinely interested in its uniqueness and was creative in figuring out what options could work for us to accommodate the large size and maintain it being double sided. They were always prompt to respond to emails/questions and we’re thrilled with the gas log set we have and love the look. The plumbers they recommended for some specialty gas line work were also great. Definitely recommend the whole team at Fox!

Working with these guys were great and easy. They answered all my stupid questions and didn't try to upcharge or get us to purchase something else. They were extremely busy this part of the year for booking but were able to get out relatively quickly. Came out, did a quick clean and put in a few decorative rocks we had laying around. Said everything looked great. Didn't leave a mess. Great personality, friendly.
Jakeb & Preston were a great duo. They cared about the house and did a great job of keeping everything clean. The chimney sweeping was badly needed and they explained clearly the issues with our fireplace. We'll be using them yearly from now on.🥰
