  I had an excellent experience with Richie and Andrew from Four Winds Chimney. They arrived right on time and were professional, clean, and incredibly respectful of my home. They were also very friendly and accommodating toward both my dog and my very curious 3-year-old son, which I truly appreciated. What impressed me most was how thorough they were during both their examination and their cleaning. They carefully inspected the fireplace and gas lines inside my home and roof and chimney outside of my home, taking the time to clearly explain the current condition of each, answer all of my questions, and provide honest, fair recommendations for future work. At no point did I feel like I was being “sold” anything, just guided by true experts who care about doing the job right. The comprehensive report they provided was also extremely helpful, especially when explaining everything to my spouse later in the day. I cannot recommend Four Winds highly enough and genuinely look forward to working with them again in the future.

  We seldom write reviews for service work but the work that Four Winds Chimney did for us was so exceptional that we are doing so, and we are rating them 5 stars. They not only met our expectations - they clearly exceeded them. Four Winds employees exhibited the highest degree of professionalism and effective communication from the first contact with their office through and including all interactions with their technicians. In fact, techs Collin and AJ were probably the most effective service related communicators that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. They used a high-tech camera inside our chimney to inspect every inch top to bottom and completed a visual inspection of our wood stove interior as well as the exterior chimney on our roof. Collin reviewed their findings with us in detail, including showing us pictures of the interior of our chimney. As a result, we look forward to our wood fire heating season confident that our chimney is up to the task. Four Winds Chimney gets our highest recommendation!.

He took the time to explain every step of the inspection and cleaning process, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood the condition of my system. Randle’s technical expertise was obvious—he spotted issues I never would have noticed and provided straightforward, honest recommendations without any pressure. His workmanship was thorough, efficient, and clean, and he treated my home with real respect. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service with deep technical knowledge, but Randle does exactly that.   Since I've never had a gas fireplace before I had a couple of questions about the vent and about one of the levers that didn't seem to be working plus it needed to be cleaned and serviced. Jon was my technician and was very patient with me and was very knowledgeable. He did a great job of cleaning and servicing the fireplace. the frame of the fireplace is white and you would have expected some black soot marks from the cleaning but there was nothing. Everything was very clean and the logs are even set in there better than they were before. I would definitely use them again. I'm sure all their technicians are good but I was definitely happy with Jon.

  I had a great experience with the chimney inspector Mike and AJ. The technicians was professional, punctual, and very thorough. They explained everything clearly showed me photos of the chimney and a condition of mines and clean up the skeleton of a small animal of some sort while answer all my questions without rushing me into a service. I appreciate the honesty and the assessment and helping me get this taken care of. they were awesome. I highly recommend Four Wind Chimney.
