Mr. Rich was one of the nicest people I have met in a long while. He is honest and knowledgeable. I was able to go to the location and select my own wood, after he showed me the best place to pick from. He gave me free kindling and went inside the house while I selected the number of pieces I could fit in my trunk. He even said if its too small get 2 pieces and call it 1. We first purchased firewood, and had such a positive experience that we also asked for an inspection of our fireplace to make sure we're set for the season. Alex was kind and informative.
