I would recommend Steve and Cindy for all your Fireplace concerns. We have an older unit that stopped working at the end of November. It took a minute for them to come out , understandable (holidays and everybody else’s unit needing service). They communicated with us every step through the process and did everything they said they would do. Extremely pleasant and very professional.
First they answered the phone, second they came to my house when they said they would, next they quoted me a good price for something I could not do. Then when my unit came in, they scheduled me and installed my unit, explained the function and how it should work and sound. They cleaned up after the job was completed and recommended preventative maintenance to keep it functioning properly. Steve did a great job and I would definitely recommend him for your fireplace needs. 5 stars !!!!!

What a great experience! From the first phone call for quick appointment. He was On time, explained every part of my fireplace, answered all questions Thorough cleaning and adding glow stones. Most of all the safety checks on gas FP. Perfect! Beyond 5 stars… and I’m picky.
