These guys were AWESOME. Sean was my main rep. He was super polished, super knowledgeable, and was excellent at what he does. He showed me and explained everything along the way. Turns out I needed some work done on my chimney and they were able to get it done same day. Alan was also part of the clean and install team and was very friendly and did a great job. Excellent experience from start to finish with our annual chimney maintenance and soot removal. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips on burning wood more efficiently.
I reached out to Five Star Monday afternoon for a chimney liner replacement and they were here the next day to inspect and give an estimate for the job. The estimate was very reasonable so I accepted and they were able to complete the liner replacement that day. The material quality of the new liner and installation job was superb and the team installing were very easy to work with. Further, the office manager was very nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!
