Awesome company to work with. We wanted to install a mini-split AC unit. The owner, Juan, came out and explained our options and gave us a few pricing options so we could find one that fit in our budget. They installed it quickly and it looks and works perfect. I was really impressed with my technician’s (Felix’s) thoroughness in his evaluation of my current unit’s failure. He sighted a lot of short-comings/deficiencies of my home warranty company’s previous installation contractor, as well as manufacturer deficiencies on the 1-year-old unit. I really feel his thoroughness resulted in the home warranty company’s decision to replace the entire unit, versus trying to just put a bunch of band-aids on a really troubled unit. 👍 Now, I’m hopeful to see his thoroughness & expertise employed on the installation of the replacement unit! 🧐 He was also quite educational for me as an owner. I wish I’d have gotten that ownership insight he shared, sometime earlier in my 62 years of life. 😅
