  I had two chimneys in my house that hadn't seen a sweep in a long time and hadn't been used for years. The team did a really thorough job cleaning both chimneys and made sure there was no mess left behind. Marvin, who led the crew, even climbed up my steep roof to carefully inspect both chimneys and gave me a written report showing they were in great shape—which is really helpful to have for insurance purposes. The whole process was quick and smooth. I’m very happy with the service!

  I called and spoke with a helpful team member about getting my chimney cleaned and checked. Even though they were busy after recent storms, they scheduled a visit within two weeks. Raymond, the technician, came out and carefully measured our furnace flue cap. Since we needed a custom cap, they made a new one for us right in their workshop. We’re very pleased with the chimney sweep service and how smoothly everything went.

  outstanding service! i reached out for a chimney sweep, and jared was able to fit me in that same day. when he arrived at my home in mountain lakes, he took a close look at my chimney and honestly explained that a cleaning wasn’t needed at this time. instead, he shared helpful tips on safely lighting fires and keeping the fireplace running smoothly without smoke. very honest and knowledgeable—highly recommend for anyone needing chimney work!
