We are building a house and came in to see what our fireplace options are. We talked with a very knowledgeable and friendly employee in depth about our wants and needs. He knew up front that we wouldn't be purchasing from here (we aren't building locally but wanted to see models in person), but he still went out of his way to share his time and knowledge about fireplaces. They had with them the complete service history of this particular fireplace and were able to diagnose the problem which related to the initial installation. I would like to commend specifically Dakota and Chris for their intelligence and diagnostic persistence, which made all the difference. Dakota and Chris used their combined expertise in getting this fireplace running correctly within an hour of arrival. They had the right tools and replacement parts to make to to make this service, the success requires. I would like to offer a five star rating for him both Dakota and Chris for their engineering efforts. Chris and Dakota provided a detailed explanation of the work that they did, and how to correctly operate the fireplace with the new remote switch that they provided.
