They have nice and helpful staff, a large selection and good quality products. I came in to buy a vented gas log for my fire place and got one of their G4 burner bundles which was honestly a decent upgrade to what the builders put in the home, more efficient, and a great value bundle. It took me about 40 minutes to install including the time it took to remove the home’s original burner. All I used was 2 pipe wrenches and some pipe dope. Would definitely recommend taking advantage of their installation service if you’re not familiar with projects like this because there were a couple steps that could have lead to a costly and lengthy repair if done incorrectly.
