Josh did an amazing job servicing our gas fireplace. He was early, efficient and such a kind person to deal with. I had a slight issue with how the logs looked in my fireplace after he left- I didn’t notice at the time. Zane was quick to schedule another visit and Josh joyfully fixed the problem. This company is professional, polite and proficient at fixing/servicing fireplaces. We recommend without reservation!

Called Fireplace Specialists when our propane fireplace wouldn't stay lit. service tech Josh came out and had our fireplace working like new in under 30 minutes. Quality work at a fair price. Only issue was it took almost two weeks to get an appointment but, it is November. lol. Call Fireplace Specialists for your service needs. Best in OKC metro.
I called after they were highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. Extremely knowledgeable, and did not try to oversell. When it became apparent that servicing our fireplace wasn’t the best option, he offered to waive the charge for the service call. I’ll be calling him back when we’re ready to buy a new unit.
Zane fixed a reoccurring problem that I had been having with my fireplace for the last two years. He was very professional and explained the problem and the options to fix it. I am very pleased that I found him and will be using him again for maintenance. I highly recommend him and his company.
