We needed a gas insert installed and found this company after several failed attempts to get quotes from others. It was a little tricky getting our first appointment, but once we met with Renzo, we found him very responsive and knowledgeable. We texted back and forth many times after his first visit to ensure we purchased the right product. The Majestic insert wasn’t cheap, but it looks great and we’re confident it was installed properly. We also needed a new custom chimney cap and housing to go along with the insert and I can say we now have the best looking chimney in town. Thanks to the team at Fireplace 911 for making it happen!

We had a great experience with Fireplace 911! It was easy to make an appointment and the service and price was explained well so we knew what to expect. The service professionals arrived on time and took great care in checking the fire place and its surroundings. They were thoughtful in making sure to cover the areas around the fireplace and wore shoe protection to minimize tracking dirt. They did a great job at clearing out the chimney pipe and took images to show the conditions. They gave us a full description of their findings and what needs to be updated to be sure we are fire safe. The charge is collected after their services. Very professional and thorough with their work. I definitely recommend them!!
