  After more than 20 years of not using my chimney in Natick, I reached out to Finest Natick Chimney Sweeps for a thorough cleaning and inspection. Joseph arrived on time, handled the sweeping and inspection with care, and let me know that the outside of my chimney needed some immediate maintenance due to rust. He made sure I got a fair price, and once my custom covers were ready, he installed them quickly and carefully. Joseph was always friendly and professional throughout the whole process. The team was flexible with my schedule, even offering to install the covers while I was at work and arranging an easy way for me to make the final payment at a convenient time.   After visiting this chimney and fireplace shop a few times to look at fireplace doors and inserts, my wife and I finally picked out a new door system. We made arrangements for a technician to come out and measure for the doors and also give us a quote for a possible stove insert for our second fireplace. When the technician, Darrell, arrived, there was a bit of a delay, but after speaking to him, everything was cleared up. He was apologetic and professional, and we were able to discuss all our needs. Darrell took careful measurements and explained the whole process for both the doors and the insert. He gave us a clear and fair quote, and we went ahead and placed an order for the doors. We’re also planning to have them install a wood burning stove insert soon. Overall, the experience turned out great. Darrell was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I feel comfortable recommending this chimney sweep company to anyone looking for reliable fireplace and chimney services in Massachusetts. Five stars from us!

  Darrell was wonderful to work with. He swept and repaired our chimney, even going the extra mile to find matching bricks for the repair at no extra charge. Even though some rainy days slowed things down, he always returned with a positive attitude and made sure the job was finished just right.
