Fiddler on the Roof did an excellent job installing a gas line and cleaning my fireplace. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars — Above and Beyond Service! We recently had an issue with our gas-electric fireplace not turning on. We tried everything we knew — including replacing batteries and searching online — but couldn’t get it working. Every other fireplace company we called either wasn’t available for weeks or wanted to charge a couple hundred dollars just to come take a look. Then we found Fiddler On The Roof and wow… what an incredible experience! Due to scheduling, we connected with our technician Enrique over the phone via FaceTime, who was not only quick to respond but genuinely friendly, kind, and so easy to talk to. He instantly recognized our unit, and started walking us through troubleshooting steps we never would have figured out on our own. Within just a few minutes the fireplace lit up perfectly again. Enrique genuinely cared about solving our problem, and he absolutely earned our trust. We’re now scheduling him and his team to come out for a full maintenance service — and to take a look at our other (older) wood-burning fireplace with a gas line to see what can be done there. The company's onsite service pricing is very reasonable too, so it’s a no-brainer. Enrique was knowledgeable, honest, personable, and truly went above and beyond. We’re extremely grateful and will definitely be long-term customers!
I completely trust Fiddler on the Roof for all my fireplace needs. I had them come out years ago and more recently to help us understand our confusing gas fireplace and repair as needed. Fiddler on the Roof staff was punctual, communicative, and easy to work with! Enrique was our technician both times and is the best - he was willing to explain everything and even made an extra trip to address as an issue that occurred after the repair!
We never knew you could get soot on your walls from your natural gas fireplace with porcelain logs until it happened. It turns out our porcelain logs were not ideally placed for the gas flame and spiderwebs in the chimney prevented the free flow of air out the chimney. A Fiddler on the Roof was professional and did a great job before we plan to use the fireplace this winter. Will use them again.
