  I am so thankful for Fernando's Chimney Inc. (Ursula, Marco & team) for what started off with checking my chimney because I had some leaks and bubbles coming through my chimney wall on my 2nd. Flr. They came to inspect and found that my chimney had no liner and was filled with a squirrels nest. Leaves, twigs, papers was all inside my chimney. I had mentioned that explains why I heard scratching and clawing early morning and saw a squirrel around my chimney. The cap on top of my chimney we had was old, rusted and no good. Ursula was so good w explaining everything and answering all my questions, taking me step by step on what would need to be done to fix the problem (clear the chimney of the nest, add a chimney liner and cap) They were on time; actually earlier than the apt given. Again, explained everything as they started to work, provide pics along the process, and did an excellent job. My mind is now at ease for this upcoming winter thanks to Fernando's Chimney Inc. I highly recommend them. I am happy with the work they have done. 😊

  Hello! I highly recommend Fernando’s Chimney inc to complete the specific type of work your home needs. Ursula is the best, she guides me and my fiancé in not only locating a major problem but also helped us overt a major damage that both me and my fiancé were unaware of at the time. A little back ground of the major problem I had in my home. When my fiancé and I started smelling a pungent order that would come and go we couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from. My fiancé would bring up that she old have headaches from time to time and chest pains but we thought nothing of it. Later we started smelling a light smell of rotten egg. Ursula from Fernando’s Chimney inc came out in an emergency and discovered the problem. My chimney was starting to backed-up due to the liner being practically destroyed. The carbon monoxide alarms never went off at all. Since it was late, Ursula recommended to get it done the next day, so I said come tomorrow. Usually Fernando’s Chimney inc doesn’t come usually out but since it was an emergency they did. My fiancé and I did not stay the night at my house, instead we stay somewhere else for the night. Ursula advised us to turn the furnace off completely, then open the basement windows to air out of the house so that in the morning at 8am Ursula and her crew would be able to work on the liner and check for other problems. At 8am Ursula and crew of workers were at my home ready to get the job done. Ursula explained the process, made sure everything was in order, checked the furnace and her workers did a lot to make sure that the liner with the furnace was working properly and the exhaust stack are taped properly. I was so happy with the work that I gave Ursula extra money so she and the crew can get lunch on me. I also replaced my carbon monoxide detectors and fire alarm detectors from the recommendation Ursula made. I’ve had no problems with any leaks or smells since getting my liner was installed. I am very happy with the work that was done, both me and my fiancé are extremely grateful to Ursula and the crew on how the work came out. We are beyond satisfied with the work that Fernando’s chimney performed, I would highly recommend Fernando’s chimney to anyone that needs a good, reliable and professional company, thank you for a great job.   I just had a chimney repair/ rebuild completed by Fernando’s Chimney Inc. I could not be happier! They were friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled. I have a an 1880’s farmhouse that had the original chimney & the roof has a very steep grade. (difficult work condition). The chimney was struck by lightning and was in an unstable condition and was in need of a complete rebuild from the roof line up. They offered several options for caps and showed and discussed the materials that would be used for the rebuild during our consultation. They were very responsive and had a quick start work date. They arrived on time and were finished before the allotted time frame. The work is very tidy and they were very clean. Ursula made communication and coordinating the work very easy. I would highly recommend Fernando’s for chimney repair needs.

  I highly recommend Fernando's Chimney, Inc. I needed 2 chimney liners installed along with some tuckpointing work. I had 3 other estimates done before fortunately reaching out to them. Ursula was very responsive. She is very knowledgable and answered any questions and concerns with patience. Communication was excellent throughout every step of the way. I must also give a shout out to her amazing crew! Very professional and left everything spotless. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for any of your chimney needs. You won't be disappointed!

  Well done Fernando’s Chimney, Inc.! Ursula and the rest of the team did an excellent job repairing my chimney which included a new chimney liner. The team was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and skillful. Ursula explained what was being done step by step. After removing the old chimney liner, I was shown the holes that were found in my old damaged liner. The team did not take a break or ask to use my bathroom. They even cleaned up behind themselves. Thank you again Fernando’s Chimney for a job well done 👍.
