Greetings, I contacted EzGreen for Air Duct and dryer cleaning. I am glad I did!! Johnny showed up ontime to begin with which is a good thing. He was good, explained everything in detail and told me what he.is going to do. He answered all my questions. Even though we talked for him to do deep cleaning, once he arrived to the house, he did a thorough check where he was able to find a mold, which is a bad thing. He also explained the kind of treatment he can install to prevent future mold. I was happy he was able to find the mold and clean it. Of course, in terms of cost, it went up from our discussion, since it was for a good reason, I didn't hesitate to pay the additional cost. I believe it will save me from.paying a lot of money in the future. He also changed the cover for the outside dryer vent (see picture below) the old one was broke ot needed to be changed. So, I am very satsififed with the service I received from.Johnny. I give him A plus 5 star!! EZ Green was very responsive! I called in the morning and they had availability that afternoon for a quick dryer vent cleaning. He was very professional and helpful, pointing out flaws I didn’t notice about our dryer vent. He ended up replacing our dryer vent hose due to holes and the whole visit was under 30 minutes.
