  Ram came out to clean and repair my fireplace. He was friendly professional and really knew what he was doing. Everything was explained clearly worked efficient and left my fireplace looking and ready for the cold days. I feel much safer and more confident using it highly recommend them.

  I booked Emerson chimney to check out my fireplace because it never had been cleaned. The tech showed up on time walk me through what he was going to do and pointing out a few issues I never would’ve noticed on my own. By the time we finished the fireplace looks so much better. Really glad I called him

  This company called me because of my post below admitted their employee screwed up. Equated it to car does not start but didn't check to see if it was out of gas. I agreed accepted their apology they offered my 120 back. Then asked if I would remove my post. I said no that is a disservice to others. We called this company because they had only 5 star reviews, when it appears they simply give money back to people in order to get reviews removed. Obviously I told them keep my money because the review is staying. Original post: Came out to inspect and repair our gas fireplace had no meter to check power just flash light gloves and two guys. I watched and wondered what is wrong it was as if they were killing time. At one point I thought they do not know what they are doing. They finally turn and say they will change out the blower since it isn't working. Stated it would take a week to get a part if the part was available because after so long you must replace the entire fireplace. I quickly google and see blowers are pretty generic, but hey fine get a price and let me know when. After they leave I watch a video and find the solution which these guys should have checked but did not. There is an electrical outlet the blower plugs into which happens to have a switch which apparently had been turned off by accident. Therefore no power to the plug. I turn on the switch and voila the blower works. Now had I waited a week they would have brought a new blower and that one would not have turned on either because the switch was off. Shame on me for not googling a solution prior to calling and shame on them for either not checking the power supply to the blower or simply deciding to sell us a new blower and make more money off our ignorance. Either way go to someone else and not Emerson.

  We used Abir and his team for a very challenging fireplace project. The former fireplace had been modified in such a way that it was actually a fire hazard. He identified the issues and offered a perfect solution. I was most impressed with the way he wanted it to be absolutely perfect to every tiny detail of our expectations. We are so happy with how it turned out. Better than we ever imagined. He was a delight to work with too! Highly recommend!
