John from Ely Stokes installed this RealFyre premium vented gas log set with remote for us. We couldn’t be happier with the company, the installer, and the product. The logs look real! John was punctual, and he kept his worksite clean. He wore booties over his shoes and laid down a tarp. His instructions were clear and included how to change the batteries and relight the pilot light. Every contact point with John and the office was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We’re so pleased with our positive experience, and we highly recommend Ely Stokes.
John was awesome! He fixed our fireplace that hadn’t been working for three years. We had another well-known fireplace company come out last year and were told we needed a $500 part. John did a great job inspecting the fireplace then ultimately installing new birch logs and glass doors! It looks great and we’re thrilled! Absolutely love it!
John was absolutely fantastic. We are very particular about our home and have had many contractors come in with dirty shoes, no tarps, etc. Without even asking, John had booties on his shoes and a protective blanket down on the hearth. He was quick, efficient, tidy and friendly. Will be requesting him each and every time our fireplace needs cleaned!
