Great Experience! Simple and easy from start to finish! Dan and Steve were very helpful in educating my wife and I for our conversion to gas logs. They also suggested some design ideas to make the fireplace really standout in the house. Can't say enough about Vinnie the tech. WOW Great service, VERY knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. We spent an hour there learning more (after much research at home) and made better decisions on logs, gas pipe, grate to hold logs, colored glass for underneath and had an appointment for install a week later. Went shopping for an electric fireplace at Elegant Fireside. Steve Baker was very helpful. He provided all the details of the fireplaces on display and was able to locate a unit that met our dimensions, all this without being pushy or in a hurry. When we went to pick up our unit, Steve discovered it would not fit in our vehicle so he arranged to deliver it himself. Great job, Steve, and Elegant Fireside!
