Stopped by the shop on Monday at 11. Internet says they should be open. Sign on door says they should be open. Service vehicle in parking lot is running. Door is locked, call number on website was told staff must be late here is the cell phone. I call, no answer. I really needed parts for my boiler and wanted to support local but had to resort to shopping Amazon.
Great experience. The ECC tech showed up on time, was professional, completed the chimney cleaning in a reasonable time and answered all my questions. The office staff was great too and the price was reasonable and competitive.
They were excellent! I had my pellet stove cleaned by someone else who suggested that I have the chimney cleaned also and needed a new liner to extend to the top of the chimney and to have a topper placed so water would not go in. So I called ECC Chimney. They found that the cleaning process wasn't done completely leaving soot on the shelf just above the fireplace opening towards the full chimney. They vacuumed out 6 gal of soot after getting the guys face completely covered!!! Thank you Armond Labbe for being so thorough.

This company was great I called them up they came the very next day clean my chimney they were very efficient I would recommend them to anyone. I need a liner and cap that's next on the list. They were very professional. .
