  The chimney sweep service was very professional and detailed. Since I just moved into my new house in Belford, I wanted to make sure the fireplace was clean and safe to use. Ernest did a great job cleaning out the fireplace and inspecting the chimney pipes all the way up to the attic. He noticed a pipe that had been changed before, but assured me it’s still safe—he just let me know it could be something to keep an eye on. Ernest also installed a cage over the chimney cap to keep out birds and any debris, which gives me peace of mind. He shared helpful tips for using the fireplace safely. I’m really happy with the service and feel much more comfortable using my fireplace now.

  I called E.V. Chimney Repair after my brother recommended them. Their team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Derek came by to do a chimney inspection and pointed out some important repairs that needed to be done before we could safely use our fireplace.   E.V. Chimney Repair is truly the best when it comes to chimney sweep services. I had another company come out before, but instead of sweeping my chimney, they ended up cleaning my furnace and tried to upsell me on a lot of unnecessary repairs, saying it was all for safety reasons and quoting a big price tag. I asked for a second opinion, and Marvin came out quickly to take a look. After a thorough inspection, Marvin assured me that none of the expensive repairs the other company suggested were actually needed.   I had a great experience with this chimney sweep team. I needed both of my chimneys re-lined and the chimney cap sealed. The crew kept in touch with me every step of the way, sent over a clear quote fast, and made scheduling really easy. On the day of service, Marvin and Roger showed up right on time, worked quickly, and were very polite. After dealing with other companies that were either too expensive or hard to reach, this team was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend them if you need chimney work done!
