New double wall chimney was put up. Shawn and his son are very professional to speak with. They are to the point and VERY clean about their work. Our walls are very old and very thick log, practically petrified LOL. Took quite a bit to get through it. Showed up when they said they would and completed the job when they said they would. Answered all of our questions regarding our wood stove that we purchased from someone else. Very appreciative of the job Dynamic Sweeps did.
So far I've had a great experience. Customer service was top notch. Fast callback and texting scheduling convenience. Looking forward to my appointment next year!
They didn’t show up. I called to reschedule. 2nd appointment, I waited for over an hour. I called and they had lost track of time on a job. We rescheduled for a 3rd date/time. Again they didn’t show up! Three strikes!
