  Mario did an amazing job checking our 4 fireplaces. He cleaned them all and made sure they were working properly. He left all of the rooms clean. He is very professional and knowledgeable and...busy. It took quite a while to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr. Maria Hearth and Fireplace.

  Extremely happy with Dr. Mario fireplace service. Very kind, professional, knowledgeable and educates you on how to properly maintain your gas fireplace. Easily explained possible causes as to why fireplace was not working and then confirmed the reason why. I am so glad I found Dr. Mario and will definitely be using him again

  My natural gas fireplace is over 30 years old. Two years ago, I had a problem and everyone I contacted said my built-in fireplace needed to be replaced. Then I called Dr. Mario, gave him the model number and he came out and fixed the fireplace. I knew that my unit was old and parts were hard to come by, so I asked Mario what was the next original critical part that might break. He told me what it was, and I ordered a unit from him so that it would be available when needed. This year I had another problem, and his tech came out and found that the problem was loose wires that needed tightening – which cured the problem. Also, the part I purchased did not need replacement as the original part was still in great condition!

  Arrived on time and were very professional. Took measures to protect the area they were working in. Took the free standing gas fireplace completely apart and cleaned it. Very satisfied with both technicians! Today, Diego from Dr. Mario Fireplace Service returned because we thought our gas fireplace was omitting a strong smell. They immediately sent Diego out to check on the smell! He was fantastic!! He spent 2 hours taking the unit apart and arranging the logs to reduce the smell! He spent time explaining things we could do to improve the efficiency of our unit. This company sets the standard for other companies! I was shocked when Diego told me that there would be no charge! They were just making sure our unit was safe to use! You don’t find too many companies that are more interested in the safety of their customers than the money they could make! Thank you Diego! Thank you Dr. Mario!
