  We had a wonderful experience using Double Time Chimney Service. Wyatt came out to look over our fireplace insert since we had noticed a lot of buildup in the liner after just a couple months. He gave us a detailed inspection and explained how the gaps from the previous installation were not only making our unit less efficient, but also creating a safety risk. We decided to buy a new Buck insert, and the installation was handled really well. Wyatt recommended the perfect unit for our needs and made sure everything was fitted just right. They also updated our dryer vent cap to a critter-proof one, which was a nice touch. We recently had both the chimney and dryer vent cleaned and inspected as part of our yearly maintenance, and everything was done perfectly.   After moving into my new home in Shingle Springs, I wasn’t sure about the shape of the fireplace chimney. I called a local chimney sweep company and they got back to me right away. Setting up the appointment was easy, and Robert arrived about 10 minutes early. He did a thorough chimney sweep and made sure to keep everything clean and tidy. Robert even used a camera to inspect the inside of the flue and showed me the video footage so I could see exactly what was going on. Later that same day, he emailed me a copy of the video for my records. He explained a plan to take care of some tuckpointing on the outside of the chimney and some needed flue repairs on the inside. They plan to return next summer to finish the tuckpointing inside the firebox. The service was very professional, reasonably priced, and right on time. I highly recommend them to anyone in Shingle Springs needing chimney sweep work.

  I had Double Time Chimney Service come out to my place in Shingle Springs for a regular chimney cleaning. Wyatt showed up and took a good look at my chimney, then let me know it was already in great shape and just needed an inspection. Instead of charging me for the full cleaning, they were honest and only charged for the inspection. Wyatt checked everything on the roof, made sure the chimney was all clear and safe, and finished up quickly. It’s great to find such trustworthy and straightforward chimney sweep service.
