My husband knows the manager at the Home Depot Pro Desk; we always go there first for a recommendation. Done Right was at the top of the list, so that's who we called. After Al and Charlie were able to assess the extent of the damage, they showed us pictures, and my husband went up on the roof to look for himself. They gave us an estimate to fix our issue, plus add flashing, and while we weren't thrilled about the new expense, the amount seemed fair and correct. They were very professional. We set a time window, they called to let us know they were on the way, and showed up on time. They worked quickly--the whole thing was done by 3pm. Afterward, Charlie showed us pictures of the entire process, and gave us a copy for our reference. Their performance matched the description from the Pro Desk--honest, top-notch work, friendly, and a fair price. If we have any issues in the future, we'll be calling them.

Done Right has done two major roof repairs with extensive replacements where roof was leaking. They are extremely responsive, come quickly, work fast, and do an excellent job. Professionals who do clean ups after the job is done with not a trace left behind. Highly recommend.
