Dennis Hearth and Home was amazing to work with. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment to when they arrived at my client’s home, the process was incredibly quick, especially compared to a local company that couldn’t see her for a couple of months. Samuel and Thomas were very easy to work with, super knowledgeable, and got the job done in no time. This is definitely a business I would refer all of my clients to for their chimney and fireplace needs.
I met John Dennis thru a fireplace tuneup. He told me they are a do it all company. I had two rear decks and wheelchair ramp that needed completely rebuilt. John and his sons did just a fantastic job on the decks. I was so impressed with the build quality of the deck. His crew that built my deck are his sons, I was so impressed with these young men was a joy to watch them work. I had a tree collapse and fall on my fence during the time they were building the deck. They took care of removing the downed tree and straightened up my fence from the tree falling on the fence. Fantastic honest hardworking men. Will use them for any of my home projects from here on out.
DH&H did an excellent job. Bid: John was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. I received four quotes for this project, and DH&H came in the highest, which I don’t typically go with. However, after a few conversations with John, my wife and I felt confident choosing DH&H. Installation: DH&H provided clear communication through email and text for scheduling, and Mary in the office was equally professional, helpful, and on top of everything. John unfortunately became sick the day before the install, so his two sons came to complete the project. I’ll admit I was a little unsure at first, but those concerns disappeared quickly. From start to finish, they were clean, professional, personable, and their workmanship was excellent. The wood-burner insert was installed perfectly, and the chimney repair looks great. Thomas did a great job cleaning out our wood burning fireplace. The appointment scheduling was fast and easy. The appointment was thorough and explained the process along the way. Definitely adding this company to my list of go-to’s for my house needs!
This company was very professional, knowledgable & friendly. They took the time to explain everything to us, above & beyond! They were very neat, tarps were laid on from the doorway to the fireplace. Definitely would recommend Dennis Hearth & Home!
