If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would! I hired this company for a full chimney sweep and inspection, and got even more than I expected. Elias arrived right on time, and gave us a call to let us know when he was on his way. He and his trainee were very thorough with the chimney cleaning, and we were really happy with how spotless our fireplace and chimney were afterward. Elias also offered to check our smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and even the dryer vent. While inspecting the vent, he noticed the airflow was low, which was surprising since it had just been cleaned recently. After a closer look, he found that a bird had gotten into the vent and passed away. Elias had all the right tools and parts to replace the vent extension with one that had a much higher fire safety rating than the old one. He also put in a new critter-proof cover on the outside vent to keep birds and animals out. The whole service took about three and a half hours, and the quality of the work was excellent. They made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future chimney and vent cleaning needs!
